(1) Account Registration and Basic Services

Account Information: When you register for an account, you will need to provide a mobile phone number or email address and set a password. We use this information to create your account, verify your identity, provide core learning services, and conduct necessary business communications with you (such as service notifications). If you do not provide this information, you will be unable to complete the account registration process.

(2) Providing Core Learning Features

To provide you with a personalized language learning experience, we collect the following information when you use specific features:

• Learning Video Materials: When you use content provided on our platform, we collect your viewing history, duration, and progress to track your learning and provide personalized recommendations.
• Appointment Chat / Real-time Sessions: When you use the online chat feature to connect with real language partners, we collect your text and voice chat content.
• AI Assistant Features: When using AI features, you agree by default that your conversation data may be read and analyzed. You can manage or withdraw this for certain AI assistant features at any time in "Settings - Privacy Settings" to protect your chat information from being analyzed. Only with your explicit consent will our AI system read and analyze your chat content in real-time to provide assistance such as grammar correction and vocabulary suggestions. If you do not consent or withdraw your consent, the AI will not read, store, or use your chat content for any other purpose.
• Role-playing / Speaking Practice: When you practice speaking by repeating sentences, we use AI to provide scores and corrective feedback.
• Model Improvement: To continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI scoring model, we hope to use the anonymized and de-identified interaction data generated from this feature, subject to your additional authorization. You can manage or withdraw this authorization at any time in "Settings - Privacy Settings." After withdrawal, we will no longer use your future interaction data for model training.
• AI Conversation & Learning Suggestions: When you interact with our AI language learning partner via text or voice, we process your input to generate real-time learning suggestions and responses.
• Model Training & Performance Evaluation: We plan to use your anonymized and de-identified interaction data with the AI to train and evaluate our AI models to improve service quality, subject to your explicit and separate consent. You can authorize, manage, or withdraw this consent at any time in "Settings - Privacy Settings." All content generated by the AI is for auxiliary learning purposes based on algorithms and does not constitute any professional, medical, or legal advice.

(3) Ensuring Service Security and Optimization

To ensure the security and stability of the Service, we collect your device information (e.g., device model, operating system, unique device identifiers), log information (e.g., IP address, access times, application crash records), and software usage records. This information is used to combat fraudulent activities, troubleshoot application failures, optimize service performance, and serve as a security basis for subsequent investigations.

(4) Other Purposes

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we may use your information for other purposes not specified in this Policy. In such cases, we will obtain your consent again before use.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

To ensure the proper functioning of our website and to provide you with a smoother access experience, we will store small data files called Cookies on your device. You have the right to manage or disable Cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect your use of some features of our Service.

• Account Deletion: You can apply to delete your account directly within the application. After deletion, we will cease to provide you with products and services and will delete your personal information as required by applicable law.
• Responding to Your Requests: To ensure security, you may be required to submit a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We will respond to your request within 15 working days.

Our Service is primarily intended for adults. Children should not create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
